Launched in 2016, Pūhoro improves rangatahi engagement in STEMM. Pūhoro helps rangatahi see the connection between mātauranga Māori in STEMM; improves their academic achievement in STEMM; and, through strategic partnerships, provides pathways into high value careers.

Each Summer Pūhoro runs a STEM internship programme with ākonga Māori from across Aotearoa. This summer we welcomed 54 interns and 28 industry partners into our whānau.
