In 2020, Pūhoro was thrilled to partner with High Value Nutrition for four years.

Our mission to raise participation and achievement of Māori students in STEM and enable Māori to meet future workforce demands in STEM industries aligns well with that of High Value Nutrition (HVN).

The mission of HVN to grow science excellence and the knowledge Aotearoa New Zealand needs, to create and deliver food to the world that people choose to stay healthy and well also aligned positively towards a clear partnership with Pūhoro.

This national partnership will consolidate and strengthen opportunities for rangatahi in the Pūhoro kaupapa by gaining insights into the world-leading innovations in this sector.

Rangatahi through HVN support will also be able to participate in Summer Internships which connect to the research areas and projects within the High Value Nutrition sector.
